Membership & Pay Your Dues

Who Can Join?

Youth Membership: For new and renewing individuals 25 years of age and under who wish to participate in mounted and unmounted meetings, clinics, rallies, certifications, exchanges and other special opportunities.

Horsemasters Membership:  This is a participating membership for anyone over the age of 18 who would like to begin or continue their journey through Pony Club. Education is based on the traditional Standards of Proficiency and allows adults to continue their equine educational goals in a structured atmosphere. 

Become a Sponsor!  Sponsors are vital to the health of the club.  They are usually parents of members and other adults who have expressed an interest in the welfare of the club.  They are active in the club, attend sponsors' meetings, vote for club officers, and aid the District Commissioner (DC) in planning, organizing, and running club activities.  We Want You!   Note your Sponsor status during the membership renewal process.

How Do I Renew?

DEADLINE FOR RENEWING MEMBERS:  November 15th.  

STEPS:

1. Complete Club Membership Form by November 15th and provide a check made out to Croixside for national fees, club dues, regional dues and the optional sponsor fee as noted in the Membership Form.

        Sponsor's Fees:  WE NEED YOU! Help us make decisions about the club, set the calendar and choose our activities...become a Sponsor. Check the box         on the Google Form above and add $10 to your club dues.

2.  Provide check made out to Croixside Pony Club to the Club Treasurer or DC. (We are currently working on a PayPal option for convenience).

How Do I Join for the First Time?

Contact our Secretary or either DCs and bring yourself and a parent/guardian to any of our Club meetings to learn more about Pony Club. 

STEPS:

1. Prospective members should attend a Club meeting with a parent/guardian.  Bring your checkbook. Get membership paperwork there or print from link below. 

National Membership Form - Membership begins January 1st and expires December 31st. Print, complete, sign and turn in to Croixside Pony Club DC or Secretary.  Do NOT mail it yourself.

2.  Complete Club Form online HERE no later than January 1st.

Sponsor's Fees:  If you would like to help make decisions about the club and our activities, become a Sponsor. Check the box on the Google Form above and add $10 to your club dues.

3. Pay USPC, REGION & CLUB DUES to Croixside Pony Club via check.  We are currently exploring a PayPal option for convenience.  We will then send your membership dues on to the correct places.

DONE!  Easy.
